covers full chest x-ray, stool, urine and other laboratory analysis including blood tests,
AIDS test, Hepatitis, pregnancy test, drug test and other physical and dental

We adhere to no pre-screening no final interview policy. Should an
applicant passes the series of tests, we subject them for the final interview by the
foreign employers. Should they be selected, we require the selected candidates to
submit other vital documents for visa application and undergo the phase 1 medical
examination prior to the submission of their documents for visa application at the
jobsite. This is done to ensure that no money and time would be wasted on a medically
un-fit worker. After the receipt of all necessary documents from client, M & M begins
processing the necessary documents for the workers with the following agencies: Department of Labor and Employment (POEA)
Department of Foreign Affairs/Passport Division
Embassy of Foreign Principal
Travel arrangements such as ticketing and plane bookings for the workers as well as departure proceedings at the airport will be made by M & M in co-ordination with client’s preference of booking schedules.
