M & M PLACEMENT INTERNATIONAL INC. is a duly registered and accredited recruitment agency in the Philippines primarily engaged in the supply of FILIPINO MANPOWER under the leadership of Ms. Marcia Gonzalez-Sadicon, the present President & Manager, armed with 33 years of working experience in the recruitment field.

A.CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES

To ensure the maximum satisfaction of our customers from our services, we manage our programs that concerns Excellent Customer Service (ECS) by giving our front liners / recruitment staff all the training regarding the culture of customer service in our organization. Our team are trained how to evaluate our business in terms of customer service strategy and setting standards of service in accordance with the standards of our clientele. They are trained in knowing their roles as a leader to unleash the energy in them. Synchronizing the entire Team, Department and the whole organization with our customers’ priorities. We give no room to hamper excellent service.

 

To put icing on the cake, aside from providing you qualified candidates, we also conduct Job Preparedness Seminars ( JPS ) for your selected candidates. Our customer service program do not stop in recruiting, assessing and lining up pre-selected candidates for our clients. We extend our business responsibilities by going beyond theiractual job experiences. After they are selected by our clients, we conduct a mandatory Job Preparedness Seminars to ensure that these people could maximize their skills during their entire employment contract. We prepare our selected candidates to be a well rounded and flexible worker. JPS covers the following:

  • Steps in dealing in those problems

B. HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

First and foremost we do not treat customer’s complaint as nuisance to our job, but they are our job. Other companies might get irritated when customers start complaining, not realizing that it is actually doing them a favor. Not with us. We deal with the problem properly by doing the do’s and don’ts and managing the unproductive behaviors. Our Customer Complaints Handlers are trained and have developed a proactive listening skills to help diagnose problems faster and maximize the opportunity to gain customer loyalty in a complaint situation.
